What are Muffle Furnaces?

Historically, the term "Muffle Furnace" referred to what was known as a "Retort Furnace," a prevalent heating method in the early 20th century. Today, the modern Muffle Furnace has evolved into a tube or front-loading box design, widely adopted for high-temperature applications in labs and industries.
